Hello, my name is Jon. I started Rainier Property Care in 2025 as I wanted to bring reliable home repair services to the greater Greater Seattle Area area. I've been working in the trades for 30 years. I've always enjoyed seeing the completion of projects, and look forward to helping you take some of the lingering projects off your plate. Hi, I’m the owner of Rainier Property Care. I’ve spent the last 30 years in construction, carpentry, and property maintenance. I’ve worked on everything from historic buildings to luxury resorts and high-end homes. I started as an apprentice and worked my way up to managing large projects and maintaining properties at a high level. I’ve always been the one who fixes things. I love solving problems and making sure things work the way they should. I built this business for clients who want someone reliable. Someone professional. Someone who shows up and gets it done. Outside of work, I’m a Seahawks and Mariners fan. I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, and spending time with family. And when I get the chance, I build furniture for fun.
